Services

Six services, grouped by what they change for the practice.

Most agency service lists are organized by discipline, because that is how agencies are organized. A practice does not buy a discipline. It buys more patients from search, or a cheaper appointment from ads, or a site that stops leaking the ones it already has. So the six things we sell are grouped by the outcome they move, and each one says plainly what it does not do.

Every service page carries a number from an engagement we ran and the caveat that goes with it. In one multi-location urgent care group, twenty-six months of this work took organic sessions from 17,351 to 62,602 a month and cost per patient appointment from $122.36 to $8.80. That is what the combination looks like when it holds. Any single service alone is a smaller story, and each page tells its own. The three engagements behind these pages are told in full, caveats included, in our case studies.

01

Get found

Being present when a patient searches — in the organic results, in the map, and in the answers AI assistants give.

  • SEO

Rebuilds the site around the searches that end in an appointment, then adds the pages and articles that compound. Slow to start, and the channel that keeps working after the budget stops.

  • Local SEO

Per-location Google Business Profiles, location pages that are real pages, and the review cadence that keeps a practice in the map for “near me” searches.

  • AEO

Makes pages the shape that AI assistants retrieve and cite: direct answers, visible facts, structured data that mirrors the text. Raises the odds; nobody can guarantee a citation.

02

Get patients

Paying for the next appointment, priced per appointment, in the weeks before the organic work has compounded.

  • PPC

Google Ads run against cost per booked appointment, not cost per click. Fast, and it stops the day you stop paying, so the landing pages and tracking it leaves behind are the asset.

03

Build & measure

The site the traffic lands on, and the tracking that says which of it turned into patients.

  • Web design

A site a patient can use on a phone, built so the redesign does not lose what the old site had already earned in search. Measured on conversion first and on rankings kept second.

  • Tracking & attribution

Call tracking, form tracking and GA4 wired so a booked appointment can be traced to the ad, the page or the listing that produced it. Never complete; good enough to decide.

Where a practice usually starts

Measurement first, then whichever channel the numbers point at.

The first thing we do on almost every account is connect the tracking, because until a booked appointment can be traced back to what produced it, every other decision is a guess. That work usually takes the first few weeks and it is unglamorous.

After that the order depends on the practice. One that needs patients this quarter starts with paid search and builds the organic side underneath it. One with a location problem starts in the map. One about to rebuild its website starts there, because a redesign is the most common way a practice loses rankings it spent years earning. Who we serve

The same six services, applied differently by kind of practice.

A med spa competes within a few miles. A plastic surgeon may compete with a surgeon in another country. Each vertical page says which of the services above matter most for that practice, and why.
